Suite 103 has two floors and is designed as a loft suite.Originally the fist floor was a stable for the animals carved out of the rock. The corner behind the jacuzzi was a chicken coup and feed niche. The small Windows were bird nests and the large lower niche was for animal feed. Notice the hitching post under one of the small windows. The upper floor was the original living room built of stone blocks and having a high vaulted arch ceiling. Residents would sleep on the floor on a mattress that was rolled and placed in the closet during the day. The fireplace is original and was used to heat the home and to cook the meals.
